Meet Nick Rapson.

Nick’s Venezuelan heritage brings warmth and expressive flavour to a contemporary fine-dining approach. Exceptional British produce, modern technique and careful presentation give that heritage a distinctive voice.

His MasterChef journey introduced his cooking to a wider audience. Today, that same personal approach informs the bespoke menus and considered hospitality behind Èpico.

From supper clubs
to exceptional occasions.

Nick’s cooking has taken him from sold-out supper clubs in Yorkshire to exclusive private dining and corporate events across the country. Highlights include Latin supper-club evenings at House of Koko in Leeds and a sold-out, four-course dinner for 70 guests at Fourteen Drops in Yarm—part of a wider portfolio built around bold flavours, generous hospitality and memorable occasions.

His professional experience includes collaborations on events for Burberry, Bonhams and Diamond Lab, alongside cooking at Unit X Mayfair, Pavilion Club and The Other House, working with talented culinary teams.

Charity also holds a special place in Nick’s work. He delivers charity auction dinners up and down the country and has contributed to fundraising events at iconic venues including the V&A and The Dorchester, using his passion for food to help raise funds for causes close to people’s hearts.

Food that brings
people together.

Nick has supported Who’s Cooking Dinner? at The Dorchester for three consecutive years, including helping run the pass.

His charity work also includes leading a six-course dinner for more than 70 at Littlewold Vineyard in support of Myeloma UK, and donating a private-dining experience to the LAMDA Gala auction at the V&A.
